Terms of Service ​

1. Introduction ​

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Dicolytics ("the Service"), a Discord bot analytics SaaS operated by DARKCIRCLE. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service Description ​

  1. Service name: Dicolytics

  3. What the Service does: Dicolytics provides an SDK that collects interaction metadata from Discord bots, and a dashboard for analyzing and visualizing that data.

3. Accounts ​

  1. The Service uses Discord OAuth 2.0 for authentication. No separate registration is required.
  2. You are responsible for the security of your Discord account.
  3. You may create multiple projects under a single Discord account.

4. Data Collection ​

  1. The Service collects only bot interaction metadata, including command names, response latency, gateway event counts, and server information.
  2. The Service never collects message content, DM content, command argument values, or any user-generated content.
  3. See the Privacy Policy for full details on what data is collected.

5. API Key Security ​

  1. Project API keys (dk_live_...) must be stored securely by you.
  2. If an API key is compromised, you must immediately revoke it in the dashboard and issue a new one.
  3. The operator is not responsible for data exposure caused by negligent API key management.

6. Acceptable Use ​

  1. You may not use the Service for any illegal purpose.
  2. You may not interfere with the normal operation of the Service.
  3. You may not exploit security vulnerabilities or attempt unauthorized access to other users' data.

7. Service Availability ​

  1. The Service is provided on an "as-is" basis.
  2. The operator does not guarantee continuous availability, integrity, or accuracy of the Service.
  3. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or incidents.

8. Termination ​

  1. You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting your projects.
  2. The operator may restrict access or suspend accounts without prior notice in case of Terms violations.
  3. Upon project deletion, all associated data is scheduled for deletion and permanently removed within a reasonable period.

9. Paid Services and Refunds ​

  1. In addition to the Free plan, the Service offers a Pro paid subscription (₩5,900/$7 monthly, or ₩59,000/$70 yearly).
  2. Pro subscriptions renew on the chosen cycle (monthly or yearly) and can be cancelled at any time. After cancellation, Pro benefits remain active until the end of the paid period, and no further charges are made.
  3. Withdrawal (full refund within 7 days of payment), refund procedures and criteria are governed by the Refund Policy.
  4. Plan limits (event quota, data retention, etc.) are stated on the pricing page; changes are announced in advance.

10. Developer Disclosure Obligations ​

  1. If you use the Dicolytics SDK, you must disclose or link to the Dicolytics End-User Privacy Notice (https://docs.dicolytics.com/en/legal/end-user-privacy) in your own bot or service's privacy policy.
  2. You acknowledge that the SDK collects end-user data and are responsible for informing your end users accordingly.
  3. You bear full legal responsibility for any consequences arising from failure to fulfill this obligation.

11. Intellectual Property ​

  1. All intellectual property rights in the Service's software, design, and documentation belong to the operator.
  2. You retain all rights to the data you transmit through the SDK.

12. Limitation of Liability ​

  1. The operator is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
  2. The operator's maximum liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.

13. Changes to Terms ​

  1. The operator may modify these Terms as needed.
  2. Changes will be announced via the Service or documentation site.
  3. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Governing Law ​

  1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
  2. Any disputes related to the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in the Republic of Korea.
